StyleNexa respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information StyleNexa may collect, how it is used, and the choices available to users of the StyleNexa app and related services.
Information we collect
StyleNexa may collect information you provide when you create or use an account, including your name, email address, phone number and WhatsApp number. Professionals may also provide business information such as a business name, description, services, prices, availability, photos, social-media links and business location information.
When you make or manage an appointment, StyleNexa may process booking information such as the selected business, service, appointment date and time, and contact details needed to manage the booking.
Location information
If you choose to use location features, StyleNexa may use location information to help provide nearby discovery and distance-related features. Exact GPS coordinates are not intended to be displayed publicly. A professional's business address or general service area is displayed only where the professional chooses to make that information available.
Photos and profile content
Professionals may upload profile and portfolio photos and other business content for display in StyleNexa. Information intentionally published as part of a professional profile may be visible to StyleNexa users and, where a public profile link is used, to people viewing that public profile.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve StyleNexa, create and manage accounts and professional profiles, support appointment booking, enable communication between clients and professionals, provide relevant discovery features, respond to support requests, and help protect the security and integrity of the service.
Sharing of information
StyleNexa may share information when necessary to provide a feature you request. For example, booking contact information may be made available to the relevant client or professional to help manage an appointment. Public business information may be displayed on professional profiles. StyleNexa does not sell users' personal information.
Service providers
StyleNexa uses service providers and infrastructure, including Google Firebase services, to support features such as authentication, data storage, hosting and app functionality. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Data retention and deletion
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide StyleNexa, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Users who want to request deletion of their StyleNexa account or associated personal information may contact us at the email address below. We may need to verify the request before completing it.
Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by StyleNexa. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
StyleNexa is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Your choices
You can choose what business information to provide and publish, subject to information required for particular StyleNexa features. Device permissions, including location permissions, can be controlled through your device settings.
